NO-Xplode isn't a bad supplement if your looking for good pumps, but it really does't help with building muscle (which is what a typical N02 supplement does). I've been using it for about a month now. I just took it about 3 hours ago right before my workout but didn't really follow the directions about drinking it on an empty stomach and drank a 16 ounce glass of milk right after I finished drinking NO-Xplode (not a very good combination). Then during my workout I drank a 12 ounce glass of grape juice for energy (an even worse combination). I finshed my workout fine and drank another 16 ounce glass of milk. I felt kinda sick after all that which is normal, but i ended up throwing up everything I drank about five minutes later. I threw up about 3 pounds of liquid. I'm not blaming this on NO-Xpolde because I'm a dumbass for drinking all that crap, but I am saying that you should definitely follow the directions on the back of the bottle, they're there for a reason. I'm not going to buy NO-Xplode again because it's doesn't really do what I'm interested in, which is building muscle and strength. But if you're looking for better pumps then you should try it. |
