Muscle Milk Review by BigRed77

This is my second go around with muscle milk. The first time i had vanilla creme and it was awesome tasting. this time i got banana creme which is alright not that great tho.
I use this product as a post workout shake if im not about to eat a meal for awhile or for right before bed time.

I love muscle milk and will keep on buying it.
