I decided to give the capped version a shot because of ease. Once a week or so, I'll just take 2 or 3 caps and I'm good for the rest of the day. It gives me an incredible buzz, and I'm very chatty and social because of it. Just don't drink to much alcohol while on this, as it will make you drunk, faster.
