Started last thursday, its been one week, taking 1 caspule in the morning, pretty early too because im at work at 6 am. I went from 294 to 290 loss of 4 pounds. Im in a kitchen so its hard for me to stay away from food all day and especially fatty and great tasting food. I watched what i ate though and went to the gym each day to do cardio. Bike, Treadmill, Abs, and Push ups.
As for the effects vemon did for me, i felt the jolt the first day gave me great energy that day. for the next 6 days i didnt feel the same way i did the first day but i could tell it was there. This next week im planning on taking 2 pills a day exept for tomorrow because i plan on sleeping in on my day off.
Overall good product so far lets see if i can drop that weight. |
