This stuff is pretty bad ass i have taken it 3 times and i felt the rowdiest pump i have had in a while i also take it with NO shotgun it seems to be working. i weigh about 185 im pretty lean so close to a SIX PACK! but anyways this stuff made me feel hot and ready to work out when i was sittin at work but take it 2 hours before you workout to really feel it! TRY IT!
