I was taking it on an empty stomach about 1/2 hour before bedtime for eight days and my sleep was light and not good, but with vivid dreams, and it has certainly contributed to waking up with extra dynamic morning wood.
Altogether taking it for 16 days now and have been taking it at 3 or 4 in the afternoon for the last eight days with a meal and then hitting the hey five hours later on a near empty tummy.
Now my sleep has improved, still have some wonderful dreams every night and wake up feeling fresh with that trademark monster woody that actually wakes me up at around 4am.
I am happy with this ZMA and i would say that overall so far it has given me improved performance, and improved recovery and stamina.
The only side effect i have noticed is that i think the workers in the seed factory down below must have been promised a good bonus and have decided to work double shifts to improve quantity and quality lol.
