No artificial sweetners like the dreaded Splenda/Sucralose or Aspartame which is really bad for the immune system! EXCELLENT product and yes it does mix instantly, like magic. Clean tasting without being too sweet. Would be great mixed with a fruit juice or natual honey for those who like a sweet protien shake.
