This is the best protein supplement I've ever used. With 5.5 grams of BCAA's and 4 grams of Glutamine this is by far the best protein supplement for your money. I've gone through 1 1/2 containers of this and gained 15 pounds and put 45 pounds on my squat. This isn't totally becayse of this supplement but the extra protein and amnio acids definitely helped with my recovery. Without this supplement I probably would have taken two or maybe three more days before working out my legs again. I recommend this supplement to anyone. |
