I have had two of the 1000 gram tubs and I have been off of it for a while and can say that i do feel more sluggish just in day to day life, its harder to recover from a workout from the fatigue standpoint, my muscles are not any more sore from not taking this because I started using glutamine, but i would have to say for energy and health, this helps alot and i will be buying another tub because I think it is worth it.
