I agree with the skeptisism regarding vivid dreams. But...The first night was like the most vivid, active, easy to remember dreams i ever had. All were pleasant, some even lucid. I slept much more soundly and deeper.
It doesnt help you go to sleep, at least not in my case. But the fact that the sleep is deeper, longer and the dreams vivid...makes this a great night time product.
As far as Libido, test levels...not sure on that. I will however agree that this does increase recovery time from the gym.
Look around, BN's is the least expensive at 180 pills. Well worth the moola and will buy again.
