It is definately not a bad product for the price! It did give me some side effects like chest tightness on rare occasions and i definately had a hard time getting to sleep for the first couple of days and i even took it early in the morning! only one capsule! if u have a good clean diet and ur watchin ur calories, it really helps shed the bodyfat. i barely had to do any cardio.
