been taking p-slin now for 6 weeks... and have to say... NOT impressed. these "pumped all day" reviews are pretty bogus i'd say. i've tried it with WMS, Oats, Whole foods, protein shakes... no combination of any has any difference in effect. I might notice the slightest increase in pump... but nothing jaw dropping. I'm sure if I didn't take the p-slin and upped my carbs like i have it would have been the same result. no increased strength or size. Since i'm not sure if its just the oats or the pslin i'll give it. a 2. |
