You can't beat the convenience of this. And if you shake enough, you won't have any chunks. I've usually found maltodextrin to have problems mixing up in shaker cups with the grids, but this works great. I bought this as an extra, and now I mix about 3/4 of my shakes with it. Only problems with it I've found are tiny leaks in the sides(barely enough to be a problem), and no spout for drinking. If you wear glasses, you might get a little of your shake on them.
