Great stuff, effects are noticable, price to serving ratio is unbeatable, and all though the taste is pretty darn horrible it's not unbearable. But if your smart I would definitely recomend the purchase of a capping kit there pretty cheap not hard to use and with the taste of this stuff it's worth it.
