This is the most god awful crap I have ever put in my mouth. I does not mix in anything, it literally floats on the top and the taste makes you want to beat the bejesus out of somebody. You cannot choke this stuff down at all. Please heed my warning DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF. I'm going to get my BCAA's the old fashioned way and just eat lots of meat.
