A serving size is "3 caps and the suggested use is 3-6 caps a day with food for no more than 8 weeks at a time."
So here is my issue- I didn't experience any side effects except enlarged prostate, but saw palmetto cures that. My problem is that there are only 60 caps in the bottle and at 6 caps a day that is a 10 days supply. You will need at least 3 bottles of this stuff for it to really make an impact or difference. You do the math but I don't think the ultimate cost is worth it. I think ergopharm decided they would make less money selling bottles of 180 caps @ $108-135 range than jipping us with a short supply of 30 caps @ $36-$40 range. I bet a lot of people have paid for shipping on this 2 or 3 times.
The product itself I'd give 4 out of 5. The packaging, cost and marketing I give 1 out of 5. That's 2.5 average so 3 stars it is! |
