A good multivitamin and a good multi-oil supplement - 2 must-haves in anyone's daily supplement stack. Oils are one thing you can't get enough of. Since Lipidex has Omega 3,6 and 9 plus CLA, it's an easy way to get all your good oils. I've been using Lipidex for over 3 years - taking 2 caps 3 times a day. Great stuff!
