Good stuff... Use it about 30 mins before the gym and find myself doing more reps, more sets, and an overall a longer workout... I take it before surfing as well, and have benefited there too. Another thing to note. I know this is supposed to increase blood flow or something like that, but my girlfriend and myself have noticed an increase of size in my penis. Not joking...
