I take 450mg at aroud 6pm and another 450mg 1 hr before bed. Appears to help calm me down before bed. You can get 66 450mg servings per 30g container for $6. Sounds good but if you look arounf you will find it already capped for just a few cents more. For this reason I will likely not be reordering.
