I have been using this product for over a month now and I can say that I have noticed a big boost in overall energy, solid health, increased mental focus and a generaly improved mood. The ingredient list is mind boggling, and with a price tag of 20 bucks...you can't go wrong. Best multi-vitamin system on the market. The only down side is that you get a very distinct aftertaste of garlic when you swallow these, they could have put a clear coat over the pills...however I just take them with my morning protein shake and never notice the taste anymore.
