I used to love this product. They must have changed the formula or reduced the amount of ingredients because it doen't work as well as it used to for me. I seem to get a fairly good pump after being off of it for a month or so and then nothing. My body apparenty adjusts quickly to the combination of ingredients. Most of the guys I work out with agee with my opinion. I believe this product is running on it's past reputation.
