Read up on this stuff if you don't know about it. It has an interesting history, first being discarded as a by product of soy production in the early 1900s. Anyway, I didn't expect much when I started this in my rotation but I am very pleased. I find it helps keep me in a great mood. I take it with a high quality flax seed oil, ginkgo, piracetam, choline citrate (I know you neuro buffs have an eyebrow up), vitamin C and bulk's RLA. I like 3 pills in the morning and 2/3 pills in the afternoon. It's worth trying for this price. |
