i just recieved my venom at 1:00 today. after reading the reviews i was a little nervous to take a whole one so i opened one up and took out half of the powder. then i put it back together and took it. even a half of one worked good! i felt a little different than normal , but not jittery , just a little different. not a bad feeling at all. a little more energetic . it did help my appetite. i still ate 3 times today , but no junk food and it really helped me with my sweet tooth. tomorrow i will take a whole one and get back to you on that. i am quit pleased so far with venom. it is now 10:30pm and usually by now i want to pig out on carbs or sweets. do not have the slightest desire to do so tonight. |
