All I can say is this product actually works and works well! I am at the very least, very sceptical when I see Supp's that are supposed to deliver dramatic results. This product did just that. Water retention dropped almost from day 1 of taking this product (at the recommended daily dose of just 3 caps at NOC) And the puffiness and tederness that was presenting around my nippels also dissapeared within 3 days. I am 5' 8" 180 lbs at 5% 41 y/o TRY this product!!!!
