This stuff works great, but the write-up is a little overrated. It gives me great pumps and energy and might increase vascularity, but nothing too noticeable. It usually hits you around 30-45 minutes, so I'd take it that much before your work-out. I don't think this product is responsible for strength gains whatsoever, but it WILL keep you focused and energized in the gym. I used to get the "this sucks I wanna go home" feeling a lot in the middle of work-outs, but since I've been taking this stuff, I never get that feeling anymore and I just wanna do more sets. I probably won't ever work out without this stuff. |
