i got the two month supply of this at GNC (far more expensive than buying it here) and i have been taking it now for two weeks. this stuff definitely works. you have an incredible energy burst which lasts for about two to three hours. you definitely feel depleted when your time's up, but during the energy stage you are lifting more, are much more energized and your lifts are clearly higher in weight.
it usually takes about 20 minutes before the energy rush kicks in, but it's fantastic for getting you in the mood for lifting, without any jitters or creepy ephedra side-effects.
