Review:

This stuff does what it says it does, but it's VERY subtle. I was looking for something stronger.

It takes about 500mg for me to notice anything, and if I take too much I start getting weird.

I have rather severe anxiety; I'm sure this would be great for someone with very mild anxiety though.
