I am not writing this review on effectiveness of ZMA because I just started taking it. Rather I am writing on the quality of the 1fast400 brand ZMA.

First of all the price is right, much cheaper than even the Optimum Nutrition Brand. Same active ingredients and same amounts. The capsules themselves are the clear plastic container with powder inside. They are very small and go down your throat with no problems. I take 3 capsules a day at the same time as my daily serving.

I highly recommend this brand!
