Never buy soy protein, it blocks absorption of a bunch of minerals like zinc and some proteins. Damn soy lobby brainwashed us into thinking its a health food. soy is crap, kills testosterone, adds estrogen, blocks nutrition, makes you weak. Google it if you don't beleive me.
