This product lives up to all of its claims. I have been taking ephedra off and on for a few years, and this gives you the same ephedra kick. The nice part about it though is it doesn't make me irritable or give me a big crash like ephedra can, the energy is much cleaner, no jitters. I may add that I really feel it with just one pill, pretty much all day, and I am used to taking 25-50mg of ephedra + caffeine, so one pill will probably be powerful enough for almost anyone. Good job ALRI on a quality product that actually lives up to its claims. |
