This is by far the worst supplement I have ever used. I've been taking 3 times the recommended serving size and still do not feel the energy or get great pumps like BSN promises. I take my preworkout protein shake, wait about an hour then take this like they tell you to do, but still nothing. It makes me feel bloated all through my workout, then I come home and have the shits for the rest of the night. I can't believe Ronnie Coleman actually endorses this crap.
