This along with tribestan are the only trib products that have worked for me. My waist size dropped almost 3 inches in less than a month and energy levels are higher. I have tried others like vitrix with no success. The tabs in the pack are definetely the way to go. Just rememember that at times i would take as much as 10 tabs, so people may need more than the recommended dosage but this stuff definetely works.
