I am in the process of cutting, just came off of a superdrol cycle about a month ago, and i'm using cee, no2, and glutamine as my only muscle building supplements on top of my vitamins, omega3's, and glucosamine/msm. I'm a low 9.x% bf @ 202lb right now, and I'm shooting for <7% at 198 or so.
I've been taking this stuff for 9 days, and so far I haven't noticed a lot. Strength increases aren't there, muscle gain isn't there, endurance isn't there, but then again my caloric intake is fairly low and I'm doing cardio 3x a week for 30min-1hr.
With that said, I do think it is helping me maintain even at a caloric deficiency.
Good points: no side effects, no watery look, no gas/bloating, possible strength/size gain if you are bulking, possible help maintaining while cutting, low cost, better than any other creatine, as other creatines never did anything noticeable besides giving me gas (monohydrate), or making me smell like syrup (kre-alkaline).
Bad points: it's way over-hyped
Conclusion: If you are looking for a good strength/mass builder and want to stay natural, this is your best bet, but it's very mild so don't go into this thinking you're going to blow up. |
