4 the most part i like n.o.-explode the pumps r pretty good and 4 me had a good boost of energy only thing is u need build a tolerance i read alot of reviews saying people get head aches or stomach aches READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BUILD YOUR TOLERANCE and if u r willing to take it id stay away from the grape flaivor.
