Found this product at the Arnold Classic. Was skeptical, but got a great deal so said what the heck. After about half of the way through the bottle, I began to notice a huge difference in my stiffness...knees, legs, etc.
Being a martial artist in my thirties, this product has been a blessing. I would definetely recommend trying this product. These results were on only 3 pills per day instead of the 4 they recommend. I am 6'2" and about 175 so I thought I would go light first to make sure it agreed with me. No problems at all. The topical roll-on is great also.
