This is a great vit pack. I particularly like the digestive enzymes as this has helped me not get as much indegestion even after eating tuna, which gives me it real bad. I also feel about 5% more energy from it but this was probably due to the fact that I was out of my other multi for almost a week before I got this. I only give it 4/5 because of the price.
