Evening Primrose Oil. Evening Primrose Oil is an oil containing 84% polyunsaturated
fats. Linoleic acid and Gamma Linoleic Acd (GLA) are Omega-6 essentail fatty
acids. Although the body can manufacture GLA from dietary linoleic acid,
it can be more effeciently utilized for body functions when supplied directly
by these dietary sources.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with
meals.
