The Elastic Elbow Wrap is made with heavy weight elastic and will provide the most support possible without feeling too heavy or restrictive. The Elastic Wrist Wrap features a thumb loop that will help keep the wrist wrap in place even during intense lifting and training exercises. These are sold in pairs and are designed with a right and left. They measure 30" in length and are fully adjustable.
