Phera-Mass Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement take one (1) capsule twice daily with meals containing at least 10-15 grams fat. For every 50lbs above 150lbs, add one more capsule daily. Do not exceed four (4) capsules per day or twelve (12) weeks of continuous use. Do not take past 8pm.
