Suggested Use:
If you weigh between 100 – 160 lbs. mix (1) heaping teaspoon (approximately 5g) in juice or water 30 minutes before and immediately after physical activity.

If you weigh between 161 – 240 lbs. mix (1 ½) heaping teaspoon (approximately 7g) in juice or water 30 minutes before and immediately after physical activity.

If you weigh between 241+ lbs. mix (2) heaping teaspoon (approximately 10g) in juice or water 30 minutes before and immediately after physical activity.
