Sci-Fit’s Recovery Stack is a state-of-the-art formulation designed to drastically diminish the catabolic process which takes place in your muscle tissue during and immediately following exercise induced trauma. Recovery Stack is a precise formulation of the lean tissue preserving amino acids L-Glutamine, HMB, the BCAA’s, and N-Acetyl Cysteine in combination with the Cortisol suppressing action of Phosphatidylserine, Vitamin C, and Acetyl L-Carnitine.

L-Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in skeletal muscle tissue while the BCAA’s comprise over one third of the amino acids stored in muscle tissue. It is essential to keep blood levels of these aminos at the proper levels during and following training to diminish the amounts which are released from the muscle tissue. This directly correlates to the ability of the muscle tissue to recover from the exercise and/or trauma.

Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 6 caps one hour prior to exercise. For best results, an additional 6 caps may be taken immediately after exercise or as directed by your physician.
