Ingredients:
Two Vcaps® contain: White Peony and Green Sencha Tea, (leaf), organic (minimum 40% polyphenols - 400 mg, 3-6% theanine** - 30-60 mg, and 5-9% caffeine**-50-90 mg) (contains 100 mg naturally occurring caffeine-1 coffee cup equivalent)** 1000 mg **A range for theanine and caffeine is provided as there is a slight variance in levels due to the climatic changes during each tea harvest. Other ingredient: Modified cellulose (capsule).

Suggested Use:
Two Vcaps® daily. Best if taken before or between meals.
