GLA-125 is from 100% Borage (Borago officinalis) Oil, the highest potency source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) available. Borage plant seed contains 22–25% GLA, more than any other seed oil.Jarrow Formulas GLA-125 is cold pressed and hexane free.

Ingredients:
Borage Oil 550 mg; yielding 125 mg of Gammalinolenic Acid (GLA)

Other Ingredients: Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerine and water. Contains NO solvent (hexane) or other common allergen.

Suggested Use:
Take 1 - 4 softgels daily with meals, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
