I'm sure you have noticed that I have decided to do the credit cards over the phone and via a 128 bit SSL encrypted connection.  I take phone orders for a few reasons.  First, when purchasing hormones there are multiple options and I want to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.  Second, I want you to know there is a REAL person on the other end of this.  Your order is not going to be placed, your money taken and then nothing shipped.  Third, your order will be charged at the time of the call.  You will be sent an approval number via email upon completion of the charge.  I hope this does not inconvience anyone too much who wishes to place phone orders. If so, the online store is fully equipped to process credit card transactions securely, and I encourage everyone to take advantage of this technology for their own convenience. 


Domestic Shipping Policy
All packages under 10 pounds will be charged a flat rate of 5 dollars for UPS ground shipping. All packages over 10 pounds will be charged 50 cents per additional pound if using UPS ground. For packages under 2 pounds, USPS will be the default shipping method unless other shipping method is specified. All other special shipping rates are priced as determined by United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. USPS shipping method will only be used for Hawaiin and Alaskan orders. How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day Ups delivery days?

• Next day is delivered on the next business day after the orders has shipped
• 2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
• 3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.

Note: Weekends and holidays do not count as Ups shipping/business days.


Here are a couple of delivery time examples:

• A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
• A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
• A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.

Ups business days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday If your delivery day falls on a holiday your package should be delivered on the next Ups working day


What about Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. US mail to the various military addresses takes anywhere from one to eight weeks for delivery as we have been recently seeing delays in military shipments. The Us Postal Service has no tracking on military orders. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.


International Shipping Policies
International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the location, as determined by the United States Postal Service shipping rates. Customs will incur shipping charges based on the weight of order and county of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

As a foreign customer, you will end up with 1 of 2 numbers for your package. One of the numbers will start with LW. This means your package will be shipped via global priority. We try to do this whenever possible. It is an upgrade in shipment that does not occur with every pacakge; not every country can get global priority. This method will allow tracking. If a package weighs over 4lbs, it can not have global priority mail.

If you have a CP number: That is ONLY a customs slip number, not a tracking number. It will be used to reference your package should customs seize it. It will not track in any way.

If your package is seized, that country may destroy the shipment, send it back to us, or collect the banned items and move the rest forward. If your shipment contains 1 banned item, we are not responsible if it gets seized; you are taking a risk by ordering these items. Realize AIRMAIL may take up to a month to deliver to your country.


Refund Policy
BulkNutrition.com does not issue direct refunds for the products sold via the online store or by phone transaction. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information found on the manufacturer web's site, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do ask that feedback regarding the effectiveness of the merchandise be posted on this site, as to allow other consumers to make informed decisions. Please note, bulk powders are not returnable, but for all other items, there is a 20% restocking fee.


Privacy Policy
All personal contact information for an account holder is securely stored on our servers, and will not be divulged to any third party under any circumstances. All information regarding an account holder's purchases will also be not be shared to any party; for your own privacy and security, credit card information is not stored server side in our database.
