Domestic Shipping Policy
All packages under 10 pounds will be charged a flat rate of $5.95 dollars for standard shipping and $6.50 for ground shipping (packages ship via Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS). All packages over 10 pounds will be charged .75 cents per additional pound if using standard shipping. For packages under 2 pounds, USPS will be the default shipping method unless other shipping method is specified. All other special shipping rates are priced as determined by Fed-ex, UPS or the United States Postal Service. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package.

Hawaii and Alaska
USPS shipping method must be selected for orders to Hawaii and Alaska. For questions, contact the store, or refer to the shipping rates calculated on the checkout page.
Sales Tax:
For any orders shipped within Massachusetts, all non-food items will be subject to a 6.25% sales tax in accordance with state law.
PO Boxes
All PO Box orders must choose USPS Priority Mail.
How do I estimate Next day, 2 Day and 3 Day delivery days?
- Next day is delivered on the next business day after the orders has shipped
- 2 Day is 2 business days after the order has shipped.
- 3 Day is 3 business days after the order has shipped.
Note: Fed-Ex Ground delivers Tuesday-Saturday to residential addresses.
Here are a couple of delivery time examples:
- A 2 day package shipped on Monday should be delivered on Wednesday.
- A 3 day package shipped on Monday would be delivered on Thursday.
- A 3 day package shipped on Wednesday would be delivered on Monday.
What about Military Orders: Apo, Fpo addresses?
All Military orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 3-5 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. USPS provides delivery confirmation to military address only. Any damages or claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. If the package is damaged, take the damaged package to the military postal unit and file a report.
International Shipping Options
- International Shipping: This is our standard, most economical shipping method. Delivery is 5-10 business days. There is no tracking available.
- Fed-Ex International Priority: This is expedited shipping and your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. You will receive door to door package tracking.
International Shipping Policies
International shipping charges will be based upon the package weight and the country of destination. Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, U.S. or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a U.S. bank. Customer is responsible for any duties and/or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties and/or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount. For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description. We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.
Please understand that you are importing nutritional supplements at your own risk, and you as the importer have to take full responsibility for any item that you order. We have compiled a short list of items that are known by us to be prohibited for import in some specific countries, and you will be alerted of these if they are in your cart at check out. This list is NOT to be considered all-inclusive and you remain responsible for knowing what is lawful for import to your address.
If your package is seized, that country may destroy the shipment, send it back to us, or collect the banned items and move the rest forward. If your shipment contains 1 banned item, we are not responsible if it gets seized; you are taking a risk by ordering these items. Realize International Shipping may take up to a month to deliver to your country due to custom delays. If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the customer is still responsible for any shipping charges. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to orders returned by customs as "unclaimed."
Refund Policy
BulkNutrition.com does not issue direct refunds for the products sold via the online store or by phone transaction. All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information found on the manufacturer website, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do ask that feedback regarding the effectiveness of the merchandise be posted on this site, as to allow other consumers to make informed decisions. Please note, bulk powders are not returnable, but for all other items, there is a 20% restocking fee.
